Brittany Perez, OTD, OTR/L
Director of Outreach and Engagement
As an occupational therapist, Brittany combines her imagination, optimism, and energy with her sensible problem-solving skills to help people realize their goals. She discovered the power environmental design has on the success or failure of these goals studying occupational therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. She is relentless in her inquisitive nature and pushes the boundaries of traditional occupational therapy practice. Brittany appreciates the process of developing a thoughtful understanding of how people interact with their surroundings, and how to transform customary design practices to better meet their needs. She believes in unlikely professional partnerships to create the best solutions and enjoys good conversation over coffee to get work started.
Brittany’s sunny disposition may well come from her roots in the Sunshine State or, perhaps, her inexplicable delight for hot yoga. Inspired by global travels and fueled by frequent visits to her family in Florida, you’ll otherwise find Brittany cooking new recipes, watching Jeopardy!, or looking for her green thumb in her garden.
